User experience (UX) é a disciplina do design que procura essencialmente pensar, desenhar e testar as experiências destinadas a cada um dos utilizadores de um qualquer produto digital.
Através de um conjunto alargado de processos e de uma abordagem iterativa de conhecimento profundo dos utilizadores, o user experience tenta reduzir ao máximo o atrito na relação entre os utilizadores e a experiência digital.
